Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns unless there has been an error with your order or the product arrives damaged. If you receive a product that is defective, incorrect, or visibly damaged, please notify our team at support@beatguilt.com within 3 days of delivery, attaching photos and order details.
Once your claim is verified, we will promptly offer either a full replacement or refund to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 4-7 business days following claim approval. Cancellations are permitted only within 1 hour of placing your order; after this window, sales are considered final due to our rapid dispatch workflow.
