Where we ship

We currently deliver across India only. We do not ship orders outside India.

Shipping charges

Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹399. A nominal shipping fee may apply to orders below this value, shown at checkout.

Order processing & dispatch

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive tracking details by email/SMS once your order ships.

Delivery timelines

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location. Remote or non-serviceable pin codes may take longer. Delays caused by courier partners, weather or other unforeseen events are beyond our control.

Payment methods

We accept debit/credit cards, net banking, UPI and popular wallets through secure payment gateways. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on eligible orders and pin codes.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered, please refuse delivery where possible and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/an unboxing video so we can resolve it quickly.
